Comments: Clients should stay in their car; food will be brought outside. In addition to the pantry, the Philmont Community Action Network reaches out to neighbors in need, who should email for help. Open: The Kitchen chefs prepare dinners four days a week, which are delivered directly to people in need.

    Great journalists distinguish themselves by asking tough questions to asshole presidents. They also bravely speak truth to power. Their hearts drive them to 'afflict the comfortable and comfort the afflicted.'

    So what then shall other journalists do to comfort the afflicted in The Time of Corona? Carol's list is an excellent model.

    A medical journalist by trade, Carol's news gathering, research, organizing, writing, and promotional skills all came into play here to comfort those afflicted by the soaring food insecurity problem here in Columbia County.

    Steal her template, follow your heart, and you too can make a difference.
